16th century Renaissance suit

 This lovely 16th century suit is made of cotton blend fabric and synthetic taffeta. It is sewn in a combination of hand and machine sewing. 



The body of doublet is made of beige cotton blend. The interior is lined in beige cotton coarse calico. Trim of this doublet is made of rosy brown with gold braid. There are adjustable ties with eyelet holes at the back of doublet. All eyelet holes at this doublet are 100% hand-stitched. Buttons are covered with brown cotton velvet. Sleeves are detachable. They are made of maroon cotton blend jacquard with embroidery taffeta strips. The interior of sleeves is lined in red cotton calico.



The breeches are made of maroon cotton blend jacquard and brown embroidery synthetic taffeta. The interior is lined in red cotton calico. The ends of the interior are padded. There are adjustable ties with hand-stitched worked eyelet holes at the waist back.

The cloak is made of red wool fabric. The interior is lined in goldenrod rayon. Trim of the cloak is made of gold braid.
